Shipping Policy

At Vistavip, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please allow additional time during high-volume periods or for delays caused by postal carriers, which are outside our control.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We also offer flat rate shipping of $5 to the continental U.S., and free shipping on orders over $75.

In-Store Pickup

Skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup at our [Store Location(s)]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, your order will be ready within 1 to 3 business days. We'll email you when it’s ready, along with pickup instructions.

Pickup is available anytime, seven days a week. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: [List Countries].

We currently do not ship to: [List Restricted Countries].

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and chosen method. International delivery times typically range from 8 to 20 business days.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. Vistavip is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please check before placing your order or contact us for more information.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy with a money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full amount, excluding return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
